Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo

The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo is tucked away just blocks from the beach and is home to more than 300 animals including lions, tigers, bears, crocodiles, monkeys, macaws and more. Our zoo is often better known as "The Little Zoo That Could", a featured Animal Planet series about the trials of hurricane season and all the effort that goes into protecting the lives of these incredible creatures. They also offer a petting zoo, where little ones can feed and interact with some beautiful animals they have most likely never seen before.
