Maintenance Director

Hailing from the heartland of Missouri, Toney now calls the vibrant landscapes of Alabama home, having immersed himself there for the past three years. A dedicated patriot with 15 years under his belt in the Army, Toney showcased his diverse skill set, dedicating 3 years to the intricate world of ammunition specialization before committing 12 years to upholding law and order as a Military Police Officer. His bravery took him to the front lines in Iraq for a challenging tour. Off duty, Toney is a passionate dog lover, cherishing moments with his two loyal companions and bonding with close friends.

Maintenance Controller

Born and bred in the heart of Texas, Steven now embraces the vibrant rhythms of Alabama, where he's planted roots for the past two years. Alongside his cherished family of four, he finds adventure both on land and water. When he's not steering the helm at Liquid Life Maintenance, Steven's spirit soars on his motorcycle or skims the water's surface on his paddleboard.

From the heart of Houma, Louisiana, Jennifer ventured into the energy sector, co-owning an oil field business for 15 years. There, she honed her skills as an office manager, gathering rich professional experience. Drawn by many fond memories of family vacations on the Gulf Coast, she decided to settle there permanently four years ago. Outside of her professional life, Jennifer is a fan of college football, enjoys peaceful days at the beach, and has a keen interest in interior decorating.

Joey hails from the frosty landscapes of northern Wisconsin. At the tender age of two, he traded snow for the charm of a quaint Missouri town. Three summers ago, he embarked on yet another adventure, following his mom to our vibrant community. A passionate soccer enthusiast, Joey is a whiz at math and science and loves bringing his imagination to life on canvas. Pasta aficionados would find a kindred spirit in him, and he loves sharing his space with a feline companion, Gracie.

Her academic journey led her to a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications from the University of West Alabama. Following her aspirations, she embraced the Gulf Coast's sun-kissed shores in 2017, turning her sandy daydreams into reality. Now, at Liquid Life, Shelby melds storytelling, sharp copywriting, graphic design, and dynamic social media strategies to make marketing magic. Off-duty? You'll find her immersed in her latest romance book, swaying to Taylor Swift tunes, or savoring yet another cappuccino.

Hailing from the picturesque Gulf Shores area, Dominik's deep-rooted connection to the community allows him to infuse his work with an authentic understanding of the region's charm and appeal. With years of experience at a local digital marketing agency, Dominik brings his keen eye for design and a talent for web development to craft visually captivating content that engages audiences and drives results. As the Content Marketing Specialist, Dominik is dedicated to elevating Liquid Life Vacation Rentals' online presence and ensuring they stand out in a competitive market.

Social Media Specialist

Michelle Howard brings a vibrant energy to the Liquid Life Vacation Rentals team as our Social Media Specialist, skillfully blending her 8.5 years of experience as a Wedding & Lifestyle Photographer with her knack for engaging online communities. Her academic journey includes a Bachelor's in Social Science Education from Troy University, where she also showcased her athletic skills as a scholarship softball player. Michelle furthered her education with a Master's in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington, a degree she set aside to pursue her passion for photography full-time in 2022. As the wife of CFO Matthew Howard, Michelle is an integral part of the Liquid Life family. She's currently on an exciting personal journey, expecting her angel baby, adding another layer of joy and inspiration to her life and work.

When not playing sports, he proudly went to work as the fourth generation of his family in their Sheet Metal/HVAC small business. This elevates his work and effectiveness in everything he does. As a proud graduate of Auburn University and Alabamian, he is excited to assist in bringing others the experience of some of the best beaches in the world here at Alabama's Gulf Coast. When not working, you can find Bailey at local car shows, enjoying live music, or watching Saints football.
