Perfect spot for our group of 8 golfers. Convenient to all of the courses we wanted to play, and walking distance to Live Bait. Clean and comfortable. We will be back!

This is a nice place and the location right on the beach is a plus. The white sandy beaches are gorgeous! You are about a mile away from grocery stores. This place would have received 5 stars, except for a few things. Both my son, who is an energy trader and my daughter in law who is a lawyer needed to daily check into work. We only had Internet the first 2 days of our week stay. With the Internet down, they had to leave the house several times and go to the Liquid Life Cafe to plug into Internet. Not convenient and it pulled them away from family fun. Also for a house that sleeps 17 people, and we only had 10 people, the barbecue is teeny tiny, so we couldn't use it. There were no oven hot pads, and the kitchen could use a couple of LARGE skillets and large stock pots for feeding the large groups that this house holds. Also loved the pantry area and large refrigerator. To the management I would suggest you check out the dining room area windows, as they leaked so much in the storm we had on Friday, we had to use 6 bath towels to soak up water on the floor. You could use some rags and a better mop in the laundry room. Adding a couple of chairs to the master bedroom on the top floor would be nice too. The view is stellar and it would have been wonderful to have some furniture to sit on and look at the view. The bunks are nice, but only the single/double set are in a bedroom. The other single/single bunk beds are in a hallway outside a bedroom directly across from the living/kitchen area. Too noisy for little kids, when adults stay up later. Love the outdoor shower and water outlets to rinse off sand. Wish we had been told about the kids' water/beach toys in the garage, instead of bringing them. The outlay is Master suite with King bed and private bathroom on the top floor, 2nd floor is kitchen, large living room, one queen bedroom, 1 bathroom, hallway bunkbed and patio, and the bottom floor is laundry room, queen bedroom w bathroom, full bed in 2nd bedroom that shares a bathroom with the bunkbed 3rd bedroom. There is also another sitting area and door to the outside and another deck. Beware of parking out front. It is very limited, and one of our cars pulled too far forward and did not realize the cement dropped off. It cost $100 for the tow truck to get the car out of the sand. We were able to park 1 car in the garage and 3 other cars tightly across the driveway. We were offered to park at Liquid Life a mile away, but did not want to.

Hey Karen! Thank you for taking the time to review your stay and giving us some valued input on how to make this beach house more accommodating and the window leak. We are sorry to hear that the internet wasn't working for your stay and we are sorry for the inconvenience. We hope that you had a great vacation even though you had a few hiccups. Please keep us in mind for your next stay. Until then, Liquid Life Team
Big place right on the beach
Reviewed on Saturday, July 11, 2015
Overall, the place is great for big families or friends with kids to stay. There are 3 floors; top is a queen size private bed/bath w/oversized tub. The second floor is the main floor with large w/patio furniture, kitchen, queen, 2 built in bunks and a fold-out couch. Bottom floor has the most rooms. Kid room w/twin bunk on top, full on bottom, another bedrm w/a full & a sleeper sofa. There is bedrm w/queen bed & w/a private bathrm that would benefit from blinds being placed in that room as the sun blasts into it every morning at 6:30. The washer and dryer for great benefit since one stays there for a week. The place needs an electric sweeper as the there is a ton of sand that gets tracked in whether or not you rinse your feet off. The floors in one day feel like you are back on the beach; makes your bed pretty gritty. The biggest issue with this place is the internet connection. The cable/internet is in the couple's name and they live out-of-the-country so the property mgt. cannot help you when it goes down. No biggie, you say, I don't need internet. If you need to check into work at all it matters. Also, 4G on your phone is hard to come by on Orange Beach so checking Google maps for places to shop for groceries or to find a Wal-mart gets interesting. Place is expensive, but overall, it is worth it.
