We are so excited to host you and your family at the beach! We understand a lot goes into planning a vacation, so our team has set up some ways to help make it easier for you. From the day you book to the day you arrive, we will be keeping you up to date with important information.

We know you won't want to, but if you find yourself needing to cancel your stay at the beach or change your dates, please give our team a call at 251.424.1118. 

In today’s world, we know how important flexibility and peace of mind is when booking your next vacation. Because of this, we’ve adopted a new cancellation policy for 2021 to give you the peace of mind you’ve been looking for.

Cancellation Windows:
• 14 Days or More Prior to Arrival - If you cancel 14 days or more prior to your arrival date, you will receive a refund of 100% of payments made minus non-refundables.
• 7-13 Days Prior to Arrival - If you cancel within 7-13 days of your arrival date, you will receive a refund of 50% of payments made minus non-refundables.
• Within 7 Days of Arrival - If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, all payments made will be forfeited.

While email cancellations are accepted, it is highly recommended to call and confirm your cancellation. 

All reservations are charged non-refundable fees which are included in your deposit at the time of booking. Non-refundable fees are identified as the processing fee, damage waiver, and *paid travel insurance. Refunds are available within the cancellation windows defined above. ALL REFUNDS ARE ISSUED TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT. *Refunds are not guaranteed for events out of our control.

See our Rental Agreement sent to you upon booking to read the full policy. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival, you will forfeit the full amount paid.
