We are working with our distributors, both nationally and internationally, to expedite shipment of these items as soon as possible. Remember to pack these items for your beach vacation to ensure you have everything that you need. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and we hope to have a solution in place soon.

When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 4pm CST, and check-out is before 10am CST. While delayed check-ins are uncommon, occasionally extra time may be required to ensure your room is ready for your arrival. Once your condo is ready, we will send you a text message.

How do I rent a beach chair?

Beach chairs are placed beachside to rent. If you’d like to rent for the day, see our Beach Services page to find out which company serves your complex.

Can I bring my pet?

Since each of our units is individually owned, we only have a few pet-friendly properties. There are also plenty of wonderful places to board your pets on the Gulf Coast at a reasonable cost.

Will there be a grill at my condo? Can I grill on my balcony?

Grilling is only permitted in designated areas. No grilling on balconies, except for those properties with built-in grills like Turquoise Place. Grills are sometimes provided in common areas at condominiums. However, we cannot guarantee their working order or availability. Please call if you need assistance.

What do I need to do to check-out? What are my departure responsibilities?

If your check-in was done at our office and you received key(s) from us upon your arrival, please return all keys back to our office upon your departure.

If your check-in was done on-site at the property in which you stayed and your unit has key(s), please return all keys to the lockbox that you received them from when you arrived. If the unit in which you stayed does not have physical key(s), but rather a door code, you may continue with the departure instructions listed below.

  • Please remove all trash from the property
  • Please load and run the dishwasher
  • Please set the air conditioner to 75 degrees
  • Please lock the front door as you depart

Are there a minimum number of vehicles allowed at a property?

The Homeowner’s Association determines the number of parking passes allotted and the parking pass fees for each property. For the convenience of our guests, we pre-purchase these passes and have them available at check-in, with the exception of Phoenix & Lighthouse properties, which must be purchased on-site.

In most cases, one (1) permit is allowed per reservation and total parking permits are limited to two (2). Requests for additional passes should be submitted to our office, however, they are subject to HOA rules and cannot be guaranteed. Most properties do not allow parking for boats, trailers, jet skis, RV’s or motor homes. Please contact our office if you have any questions about your property. Parking cannot be guaranteed during peak time. Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle always. Property HOAs have the right to tow or boot any vehicle failing to display an authorized parking pass at the guest's expense.

What is the cancellation policy?

We know you won’t want to, but if you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or change dates, you must give advance notice in order to receive a refund of your advance rent, less the non-refundable fees. If you cancel 30 days or more prior to your arrival date, you will receive a refund of 100% of payments made minus non-refundables. Should you cancel within 30 days of your arrival you will forfeit the full amount paid.

When is the final payment due?

The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Unless alternative payment arrangements are made, the most recently used credit card will be charged the final amount due. If payment is not received in full within the stated time frames, your reservation will be canceled and a refund of your deposit will be issued less the non-refundable fees. Final payments are non-refundable unless covered by the purchase of travel insurance.

What if there is bad weather?

Should a hurricane or tropical storm threaten our area, we will follow the guidance of governing officials pertaining to mandatory evacuations. Weather is beyond our control and does not constitute a refund. However, some weather-related issues may be covered by travel insurance, which must be purchased by the time your final payment is due.

How does renting a condo differ from renting a hotel room?

An individual condo is more spacious than a hotel room. You will have a full-sized equipped kitchen, and most condos have a full-sized washer and dryer. This condo will become your home away from home, so you will not have daily housekeeping nor will cleaning products be provided. This takes place before you arrive and after your departure.

Is there a minimum age to rent?

Yes, you must be 25 years of age or older.

Is there a minimum night stay?

Nightly minimums vary by property and range from 3-7 nights. Monthly rental rates are only available during non-peak times and subject to availability.

What do I need to book a reservation?

Deposits are due at the time of booking. Upon processing your reservation deposit, you will receive a deposit confirmation email within 1-2 business days. Please check your reservation for accuracy, and call us immediately with any discrepancies. Silence denotes acceptance of accuracy. Please note reservations made online that do not meet the booking restriction requirements will not be valid. If your dates do not comply with the requirements, please call our office and we may be able to assist you.

I have paid my deposit. Can I make additional payments before the final payment is due?

Yes, please call our reservations team, and they will gladly assist you at 251-424-1118.

Am I guaranteed the unit I reserved with my deposit?

Alternative accommodations may incur additional fees. If comparable or great accommodations are not available, a full refund will be granted.

Fabulous Place to Stay

“This is the second year that we have stayed in this condo. The owners are wonderful. Although we deal primarily with the management company, the owners have always been willing to help. We truly hope to continue the tradition of staying at such a beautiful place.”

Great location on the beach

“The condo was great to stay in - the location allows a wonderful view of the pass and the sunrise. Everything was in good working condition and very clean and quiet. It's tucked away from the road, so you have to pay attention to turn on the unmarked road to get to it, but the secure parking was easy to get into and out. Overall, it was a great place to stay for the 2 weeks and I would come back again!”
