The online guide was a great tool and very well thought out. Check in was seamless. We are enjoyed our stay and the location of the property was perfect. Not a bad walk to the beach. The unit was pristine and gorgeous and very close to the pool. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool area is fabulous! We loved floating in the the Lazy River section and hanging out at our cabana. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and we enjoyed participating in some of the activities. They have a free Jeep shuttle to take you to the beach which is right across the street (easy walking access also) and it’s one of the cleanest most beautiful beaches I’ve ever been to. You don’t need to go to Florida for perfect white sand beaches like this! There’s plenty to do tourist wise and great restaurants. Any time I had a question I could ask it in the app and someone responded right away. The staff is so friendly and helpful and we had no problems whatsoever. I wish we could have stayed longer. The bungalow was very clean and new. The kids had a great time at the heated pool with its water slide and lazy river. The beach is only a 10 minute walk away although they do have a free shuttle available upon request that comes very quickly. The manager of the property did a great job of communicating with us from check in through checkout. The property hosts thing such as a movie night at the pool and donuts for breakfast at the pool on one day which was really nice. The location is great; across the street from private beach access!! The lazy River at the pool is excellent! The pool was super cold - maybe they haven’t started heating is yet for the season? We only have two things that we didn’t like. There was no antenna for the TV, so we couldn’t get any local channels and couldn’t keep up with Hurricane Ian’s progress (weather would be vital if a hurricane we’re headed toward the area!) and the wi-fi wasn’t very good so we had a hard time streaming college football. - Elizabeth M.
