The view of the salt marsh and cordgrass just outside of the back screened in porch was a favorite morning retreat for a little nature time with our morning cutoff coffee. The pool seemed ideal for young families with children as it also afforded the adults a really nice covered space with widescreen tv's for football games and staging areas for food. The public bathrooms there .were exceptionally clean. The entire facility is gated and so there is that added sense of security. And the property is situated minutes from the many longstanding and celebrated as the best area restaurants. Not to mention, public access to the state park beach is just up the street. I would also suggest to the mgmt co. to have cleaning crew routinely check that tv remotes are working (batteries not dead) and the light over the stove is not burnt out. For the price point, it would be nice to have more than one garbage bag, laundry pod, etc. Especially since washing towels daily is a must for a family of 4. And having a roll of foil, cling wrap, etc is very much needed. And at least salt, pepper, Pam spray, etc would be nice (of course not all the spices, but just those couple of basics).
