The house and resort were incredibly clean, well-kept, and absolutely pristine from the moment we arrived. Everything was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and perfect for our family vacation. The lazy river and pool area were an absolute must for families traveling with kids. Our children spent the majority of their time enjoying the pool and water slide and never wanted to leave! The casita was extremely clean, spacious, and provided everything we needed for our stay. It was right across from the pool which we loved and came with a cabana! The resort staff members were extremely kind, helpful, and attentive to our needs. When I would contact the owner of this rental and/or the staff at BVR, they would respond almost immediately! The beach is about a 4-5 minute walk from the resort which was stated in the rental description, BUT the staff at BVR did drive us and our belongings over when we requested a ride and this comes as a courtesy to the renters. My family and I enjoyed the atmosphere that came with our stay. Communication is always kind and prompt. The house is clean and has all the basic essentials you need for vacation cooking. The pool area is just a few steps from the front door of this specific unit. Which is a nice convenience especially when traveling with children. We loved the property, especially the pool! Everything was exactly as the pictures showed. There were lots of kids for our son to play with and we all loved the poolside movie and popcorn night. We come to the area each year and this is the first time we have stayed off the beach. It was a short walk to get our toes in the sand and we really enjoyed watching the turtles, alligators and other wildlife on the bayside.
