The location was fantastic—right on the beach and close to everything we needed. The indoor heated pool was definitely a highlight for us; it was perfect for kids, and we found ourselves making multiple trips a day. The hot tub was also nice, though just a heads-up, kids under 13 aren’t allowed, which was fine for us. At first, we didn’t see any beach chairs, but we eventually found a couple in the condo. However, there weren’t any sand toys for kids, so if you’re traveling with little ones, you may want to bring your own. It would have also been nice to have some kid-friendly games in the unit, though we brought a few of our own. The main road nearby is pretty busy, so I wouldn’t recommend walking along it with young kids, but we did see plenty of people doing so. (5/5 stars) My spouse and I stayed in 703 Bluewater for three nights and had a fabulous visit! Check in and out was easy and communication was outstanding! The hosts communicated with us before and during the stay to make sure everything was satisfactory. The condo was clean and spacious. The master bedroom is separated from the other two bedrooms by the living space and kitchen which is nice if you are looking for a bit of privacy. The balcony is large with a table and six chairs and two lounge chairs. The view of the gulf is amazing! Workers were pressure washing the balconies while we were there and we might have planned that day a bit differently if we had known. The workers were in and out in less than an hour but we did hear the noise for several hours while they were washing the units around us. It was too loud to be able to sit on the balcony and have a conversation. However, we are glad the units are being cleaned and maintained and this was a very minor issue and an isolated event. The kitchen was well-equipped, the showers had plenty of water pressure and hot water, and the AC worked great. One reason we chose this property was the Clean Bed Guarantee and all the beds/bedding were spotless. You might want to bring a hairdryer--I don't remember if that was in the list of suggested items to bring or not. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay and the unit met or exceeded all expectations. All of our cons have absolutely nothing to do with the condo itself. The condo was clean, had a nice balcony and view, the bed was the BEST vacation bed I’ve ever slept on, check in and out was super easy. We just didn’t love the overall location. There was a huge group of older residents here who weren’t very friendly and who we saw make several ridiculous complaints to security (not even against us, so I’m not bias in saying their complaints were childish). There wasn’t much to do around except go to the beach, we did find a couple nature trails, but the beach in front of the condo was the most crowded spot we could see on the entire coast even not being the largest condo building. Bathrooms were sufficient, nothing fancy but had plenty of warm water for all 6of us to shower in a row and water pressure was good.
