Broadmoor 502 was stunning, furniture and all was just perfect and well kept. The condo was quiet and not so busy like others we’ve stayed in. It made setting up on the beach and at the pool so much more enjoyable. Really nice apartment, we had very good stay. The description is accurate, easy smooth check in and check out. The apartment is clean and well maintained, we had no issues at all. Right on the beach, really nice view from the balcony, beach access is very easy. Building itself is well maintained too. Location is great, quiet and convenient. Covered parking is under the building, we found our parking tag on the kitchen countertop when we entered the apartment. Ive seen some reviews (about the building) describing parking problems. We had none. Some free spaces were always available, we used our car freely. Really big cars may have some problems fitting there, but thats expected in such buildings. The water was nice and clean, no huge waves, no jellyfish, we saw a dolphin, a crab and some fish right from the beach. A lot of birds. One day we visited the State park nearby. Nice hiking (and biking) trails, highly recommended.
