For additional sleeping arrangements, the condo offers a set of cozy Twin hall bunk beds and a comfortable sofa sleeper in the living room. The condo boasts a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with sleek granite countertops, where you can whip up your favorite meals with ease. The entire unit is adorned with tile floors, adding to the cool, beachy vibe of your stay. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy breathtaking views and the fresh sea breeze. Staying connected is easy with WiFi access available throughout the unit. And for those who can\'t bear to leave their furry friends behind, Caribbean 102 is pet-friendly! There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee for anyone bringing a pet. You must notify our office in advance if you will be bringing a pet. Anyone bringing a pet must adhere to the following rules: - Pets must be 20 pounds or less. - One pet is allowed per unit. - Pets must be on a leash at all times. - Gulf Shores does not allow pets on the beach. Perfect location, close to lots of gift shops, food places and things to do. The only reason for not giving everything five stars was the curtains leading out to the balcony were probably five or six inches too long and we're filthy dirty at the bottom. There was also a coffee cup in the cabinet that had lipstick on it. Other than those two small things this unit was perfect for my husband and I for the week and I would definitely rent this condo again! Check in and check out we're incredibly simple! The location was excellent and it was nice to find a pet-friendly property right on the beach since our 16-year-old toy poodle is too old to leave at home and must travel with us. Pets are not allowed out on the beach, which didn't bother us as we didn't intend for our pup to be out there anyway. The unit is small but was fine for our family of 4 with two young children. It would be more of a challenge with teens or four adults - the one full bathroom was very tight. It was nice to have an extra half bath. The refrigerator is older and rusting a bit on the bottom, but everything worked well and was clean. The pool at the condominium could use some maintenance - the water was cloudy and we saw hair and debris floating in it. But, we stayed at the beach mostly and avoided the pool so it wasn't a big deal to us. First floor, nicely located designated parking spot, quiet, nicely decorated, clean, comfortable. It had just enough space for our family of 4. As we drove around Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, we liked where we stayed even more. It was a smaller building compared to most, but had plenty of amenities to keep us entertained during down time. The beach was always clean and not very crowded. It's on the first floor so easy enough to skip the elevator and take the stairs. It has a reserved parking space in the parking garage, which was convenient. And laundry machines were included within the unit, so we didn't have to go home with a pile of laundry to do. The unit is in great condition, well-maintained, well-loved and the balcony view is incredible. The property manager did a good job communicating - this is the first Vrbo rental I've ever rented where everything I needed (door key, parking pass, etc.) was provided/communicated in advance and I didn't need to contact the property manager for anything. I'm deducting one star for cleanliness because the unit could really use a better vacuum cleaner…I vacuumed the floors every day we stayed there and our feet would still get dirty. At one point I tried to vacuum up a single dry Cheerio and had to run over it repeatedly before it finally got picked up.
