Plenty of seating in living area; however the couches could probably be replaced. They sit pretty low. Wonderful balcony with plenty of comfortable seating. And, we've never seen such a well stocked kitchen. We didn't cook much, but you sure could have! The only hang up to our stay was the pool and access to the beach was closed.
