(5/5 stars) This condo was perfect for our short family trip! We had direct access to the beach, a number of amazing restaurants and coffee shops, local and beach fishing, sunbathing and it was truly such an amazing place to breath and relax. It was super easy to get to, ample parking and lots of local "to do's" to keep us all busy. All THREE kids have ASKED to come back again! And we will absolutely will come back! The place was well appointed, love the size of the building that it was small, so it was quiet and easy use of the pool. Love the location with a few places to walk to. Only downside was screen door did not work to the porch and the light in kitchen went on and off. Called Liquid Life, they never took care of it and did not hear back from them about either issue. (5/5 stars) I’ve stayed in dozens of beach condos over the years and this was the absolute best one. The Condo is huge! With three adults and a child, it was more home than we needed but it was nice to have the extra space. Three families (with small children) could easily stay there comfortably. The balcony was so nice and the views are even better. The Unit was beyond clean. The bathtubs sparked! The linens and mattresses were top notch. I was impressed considering it was a rental property. Check-in and Check-out was easy peasy. The Unit entrance is directly in front of the elevator which makes it easy to get in and out. Since there are only 14 units, elevator waits are short if at all. That’s a major downside to staying in a high rise. The location is great. You’re mere blocks up to two miles from all the hotspots. All in all we had an amazing experience. Everyone said their beds were comfy; however, I stayed in non-master BR w/King bed and the mattress was SUPER firm. Not comfortable to me. I recommend replacing or adding a thick foam pad which someone can remove if they prefer sleeping on a hard surface. Reviewer Comments: We were looking for a 3 bedroomed unit on the beach that would sleep 8 without needing a sofa bed. This unit does that, and has a 3rd bath. Beach front, large balcony, heated pool andlocated on a less populated beach was exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen was well stocked. We used the kitchen for 75% of our meals. The building is dated, but our unit was clean and comfortable. Any issues we reported were corrected the same day. Would definitely stay again. - Carol S. (5/5 stars) We enjoyed the balcony off the bedroom and living room. The sound of the ocean was sweet. The low rise was perfect, no issues w elevator, easy access to beach/pool. Unit was spacious, clean, and had a cute beachy vibe. The weather was beautiful and the condo was great. We had more than enough room for our family and enjoyed the location too. Posted on 10/19/2021 ### Everything was great, except wifi (5/5 stars) Only complaint is that the internet speed was about 1-2 Mb/s, which isn't really enough to stream video. Not a dealbreaker, but would have loved to have been able to catch up on my shows on the balcony on my iPad in the evenings. Check in process was fabulous...probably the best I've ever experienced.
