Excellent location right on the beach. We woke up to seeing dolphins from the roomy balcony! Elevator is very fast. Having to use the provided fobs to access the beach was a huge safety benefit. The whole property felt very safe and secure. Close to restaurants, shops, and ice cream. Wonderful experience for our family of four. - Julye Posted on 7/31/2026 ### (5/5 stars) Very nice condo with great view. A smaller complex which makes for easier navigation around the grounds. Kitchen equipped well and staff was friendly and helpful. - Diana B Posted on 5/31/2026 ### (5/5 stars) It was a beautiful condo comfortable furniture amazing views. It was just as described, and would stay here again. - Kent and Sally M. Posted on 6/21/2025 ### (5/5 stars) Great views. - Tim Posted on 5/31/2025 ### Beach fun (5/5 stars) Mother/daughter beach trip, had a blast, condo and views were amazing! Communication with management was easy and they were very responsive. Only complaint was hot tub was either not working or if it was it was luke warm and upon check in found the lights and electronics all unplugged and there were dirty clothes left behind, under the bed, from previous tenants. - Kelly Posted on 3/28/2025 ### Great stay (5/5 stars) Had a terrific time. Will definitely be back! - Heidi Posted on 3/27/2025 ### Adult vacation (5/5 stars) Great location, very clean condo, communication was very easy overall, a very nice day. Will definitely stay there again. - Anthony Posted on 11/17/2024 ### Crystal shores (5/5 stars) Hot tub was cold tub, sauna was broken and our parking spots were not marked. We never found are $90 parking assignments. The TV should come with instruction. - Nancy Posted on 9/30/2024 ### Such a positive experience (5/5 stars) We always fear that the property will be somewhat less than it appears in the description but that is simply not the case with this very clean, well equipped and very satisfying property. I must say that the picture of the leather recliner and the card on the bed in the pictures were the deciding factors. It was better than we had hoped. We plan to make this a regular place to visit for a reprieve. Well done to the host and the cleaning crew. Well done! - Verified traveler Posted on 9/23/2024 ### Crystal Shores.24 (5/5 stars) Excellent property....fantastic location and wonderful stay! - William Posted on 8/26/2024 ### Crystal Shores.24 (5/5 stars) Excellent property....fantastic location and wonderful stay! - Anonymous Posted on 8/26/2024 ### (4/5 stars) - Anonymous Posted on 8/20/2024 ### August 2024 (5/5 stars) Beautiful condo! We especially liked that the second bedroom had a king bed. We loved that there was just a short walk to beach since we had an elderly person with us. We would definitely stay there again. - Cindy Posted on 8/18/2024 ### August 2024 (5/5 stars) Beautiful condo! We especially liked that the second bedroom had a king bed. So clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, and MY GOODNESS the view. Just beautiful, right on the beach. Great size balcony, with little hooks mounted to hang up swimsuits and towels. Loved the communication with the host, so attentive and dedicated to making the perfect vacation stay! Perfect location and size! We can’t wait to book our next trip! - Ginger Posted on 7/19/2024 ### Very nice (5/5 stars) The property is well kept. We really enjoyed it. Some properties ( non-corporate) will leave cooking items such as leftover spices, oils to cook with. If you’re planning to cook, it would be advisable to bring a little box of spices, coffee, cooking oils, Saran Wrap, extra dish soap because it adds up at the grocery store. The kitchen is very nice. We enjoyed the patio. The furniture was comfortable. - Steve Posted on 7/6/2024 ### Very nice place to stay in GS (5/5 stars) This was such a nice condo. The check in process was super easy, and upon arriving the condo looked as it was pictured and described online! The only thing that I wished they would do is add in some disinfecting wipes or a small bottle of multi surface cleaner to get through the first night or two or until able to venture to town, but that didnt affect our stay at all we went out to the DG the next day!! On the other hand... the view was amazing, my kiddos enjoyed the pool area almost as much as the beach!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days and would definitely come back! **Oh, and the check out process was just as simple as the check in! - Kara Posted on 6/30/2024 ### Great condo (5/5 stars) First time to Gulf Shores and we had a great time. We loved having 2 king beds and they were comfortable. The kitchen was small but was stocked well. Living area had nice comfortable furniture for lounging. We utilized the gym and grills on property during our stay which was great! We would definitely book again! - Amy Posted on 4/27/2024 ### Enjoyed stay (5/5 stars) Arrived on 4/1 and the property was clean and ready at 4pm check in time. Nice condo unit, well stocked with towels, kitchen items, etc. Wonderful view from balcony. Pool a little small and indoor pool area not heated. We did enjoy the game room though with our granddaughter. I would stay in this unit again. Con’s: The air conditioning not working the day we arrived and the room was muggy. I did contact the property management agency and someone came that night but told us the unit was basically shot. It was fixed the following morning but we were told that the unit needs to replace the current one. Another air conditioning company showed up on 4/2 and just came in our condo without knocking. Not sure why 2 different companies were there. Not knocking prior to entering our room was very upsetting and I felt it violated our privacy. Also, there was a “planned” monthly maintenance visit from the people who manage the unit on 4/3. I feel these should be done between guests since you have to check out by 10 am and cannot check in until 4 pm. Basically we had someone in the unit 3 days in a row which was somewhat annoying. Never had that happen before when we stayed in other condos in Gulf Shores. - Kim Posted on 4/5/2024 ### Spectacular (5/5 stars) The beach and the Gulf are right below your deck. View is unbelievable! The condo is nicely decorated and appointed with everything you need. Have to go back. Felt like a second honeymoon for my wife & I. - Ray Posted on 3/10/2024 ### Get Away in February (5/5 stars) Great Experience !!! - Leroy Posted on 3/5/2024 ### Beach vacation (5/5 stars) Everything about the property was wonderful and as advertised. While the location is good the condo was not the most fresh as others we have rented. The furniture in the living room was very dirty looking and worn out, the edges of the floors were also not clean, shelves were missing from the freezer, dishes and silverware were all mismatched odds and ends, and worst of all our washer did not work the entire time we were there. We did call condo management and they came twice and said they had fixed it, but it was not. It was very inconvenient staying there over a week and not being able to wash your clothes or towels. We would definitely stay in this complex again, but not in this unit. Did love the check in/out via text, that was a time saver. Rental management company was friendly and easy to work with. Just think this unit needs a refresh. - Anonymous Posted on 6/5/2022 ### Perfect spot for a beach visit! Location had great beach view and quick access. Pool is a bit small at building, so if that matters to you be sure to look at pictures. - Anonymous Posted on 5/29/2022 ### Can't way to go back (5/5 stars) Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:We had the best vacation at Crystal shores.
