We never received the parking code so we had to wander around and find someone to give it to us so we could park. Not a huge deal but a little frustrating after a 15 hour drive. They need to update the parking protocol in their communication, it says repeatedly that you need a pass and there are no passes. While I understand you want to keep the tomfoolery at a minimum in these resorts, the security in this resort were downright rude. Threatening to “evict” people for their 4 year old child not having the bracelet on, threatening to evict (while screaming from across the street) because a visitor almost accessed the wrong door to enter the pool - innocent mistake by a tourist and could have been met with a polite “you can’t use that door” instead of screaming. People pay thousands to stay there, a little kindness goes a long way. As far as the property and our stay it was fantastic. The view was beautiful, beds were very comfortable, all of the kitchen supplies you would need, very clean and cozy. We would definitely stay here again if it weren’t for the security guard making us feel like we were in a prison and any innocent misstep would get us “evicted” as he likes to yell at people. - Candace M. The pools and hot tubs were great and the pool next to the building is quieter than the one on the beach if you want to relax. The pedway was very convenient as well. The elevators were slow due to it being 21 floors but it wasn’t bad. This was our first time at Gulf Shores, Alabama. What a perfect place to stay! This unit was wonderful! Clean and comfortable. Everything you need to make your stay awesome. The kitchen was well equipped.....they even provide usable utensils...sharpe knives is rare in a rental! The beds are comfortable and the linens are above what is usually provided. We enjoyed a perfect view of the ocean sitting on the nice balcony furniture sipping our morning coffee. We called Liquid Life to ask if we could arrive a day early and within minutes we had a positive response. This is a rare gem in a very popular tourist spot. The house decorations had a cool vibe. Only one fyi, not necessarily a negative but there are scenic overlooks directly across the street. This created a small parking issue during the day. also, there were a lot of loud cars and motorcycles driving up and down the street but I only noticed it one night. The condo was so clean and spacious, bigger than the pictures made it appear. :) The master bedroom closet was the perfect size for our pack n play that we had set up for our 16 month old. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need! Truly, we had a great family vacation! Amenities were great as well and the room had a great view of the beach. The only con I would say to the whole trip was the cost of parking, 60. So just be prepared for that!
