Amenities include a waterfall swimming pool, protected parking, patio with space for eating and relaxing and secure walks to the beach. Umbrellas are available to rent and plenty of chairs too! Our condo had everything we needed. It is just steps from the beach & was very clean. The location is great—Rouses market is right across the street. The kitchen is well-equpped & we prepared all our meals there. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us. We loved the balcony, especially during the hottest part of the day & in the evening—the views are beautiful! The pool is also shaded for part of the day which kept the water cool & refreshing. It was so convenient to have a washer & dryer, too. There are trolleys for unloading your gear & an elevator. There are 18 units in the building and the parking lot is gated but small. There is 1 parking space per unit but there is off-site parking available (may need to reserve in advance during high season). The condo is light & bright, so if you need a dark room in order to sleep (as I do) remember to bring a travel blackout shade.
