I will never rent from Liquid life ever again! Lack of care was obsurde! The blinds broken THE WHOLE TIME BOTH JEST TUBE THE HOT WATER DIDNT WORK! We could get an early check-in but then they were inspecting it literally all day of our early check-in and the place was filthy when we got in there tubs were filthy! First off this rating should've been a 4 and a half star but that wasnt a option. The parking pass being $40 a car was very steep, especially considering the small parking spaces in the parking deck. The tv remote in one bedroom had buttons that was stuck. The tv remote in the other bedroom was a vizio remote with a LG tv so it didnt work. We had to end up buying a universal remote to use and almost all the remotes had no batteries in them since the batteries that were present were mostly dead. One of the shower heads had terrible water pressure and seemed clogged, the other shower had a very dirty showerhead that needed to be cleaned. These were the only complaints i had about this property. The location was great, Beautiful views and very beautiful spacious condo. We loved the beach front balcony & how easy it was to access the beach. The only problems were the bottom outlets in the master bedroom & some in the living room did not work. The washer/dryer is shared with one neighbor (not a big deal at all, we never even saw our neighbor), the dryer will take forever to dry your clothes so don’t wash anything you need asap. The large space and design of the rooms were ideal. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bedroom carpets were worn and soiled. The living room furniture was as well. The property was well designed with being right on the beach, the pool and surrounding deck. Maintenance of the property kept things clean and neat even with repairs going on. We are so excited to come back next February to Escapes to the Shores at a different condo through Liquid Life. Liquid Life was incredible to work with. Always friendly and eager to help in any way.
