It’s close to the jetty so less crowded on the beach and has amazing views of the bridge and Alabama Point. We were thrilled with how spacious the condo was. Rarely do you enter a rental and it’s much bigger than the pictures. The whole family was happy. Definitely on our list to stay again! The only feedback (which is not specific for the condo but HOA) the outdoor pool doesn’t have any shade or umbrellas. The outdoor gas grills also need to be replaced. Only one was functional. They came in and out with 5 different people at different times for 2 days… and still never found a leak. No one was apologetic about interfering with our vacation. The condo matched the description and everything was very nice and lovely. The bunk beds were a huge selling point with teens who had to share a room with siblings and cousins. We had a few complaints. One was they had a dredger on the beach to add sand from one area to another. It hindered our photos and it was running while we were on the beach. So there was dirty water/sand that smelled awful so we stayed out of the water while it was running near us. There were other machines like forklifts, etc., on the beach that aren’t what you want to see in that beautiful landscape. Another problem was they were remodeling the bottom level of the resort so the floors and walls were messed up. I think once those projects are finished it will be much nicer. The pool isn’t anything special but we prefer the beach so that wasn’t a huge deal for us when booking it. However, when the beach was unfit for swimming we went to the pool and it worked, but it wasn’t as nice as other places we’ve stayed at before. So it was pretty disappointing overall to have the heavy machines disrupting our peaceful experience on the beach. The location was cool so it will be ideal when the beach work is complete.One other very minor thing was one of the dishwasher shelves had a broken hinge/piece so if you forgot and pulled it out too far the shelf was dislodged on that one side. It still worked so just a minor issue. The outside deck furniture was fabulous. There were seats for all of us and solid furniture that was comfortable too. We really enjoyed being out there. (5/5 stars) We rented the condo so that my 94 year old grandmother could meet her great-great grandson. EVERYONE from 3 weeks old to 94years old loved this condo. Kitchen was very well stocked.
