The parking was as expected but definitely no guest parking available even for a couple of hours unless you buy an additional parking pass and if you don't there isn't any off-site parking close. Security is on site and very attentive and helpful. We are considering bringing our grandson over for a weekend of fishing off the jetty. This balcony might be my favorite place in all of Orange Beach. It felt completely private and there were boats, birds, and an occasional dolphin to watch all day. We went during Spring Break and it was still such a quiet place to be. It isn't much of a walking town so appreciated how easy it was to get in/out of parking lot and we never had to wait for elevators. The condo was immaculate and had so many cooking supplies. The stove looked like it had never been used! I would recommend bringing tinfoil/parchment paper, salt & pepper, and extra shampoo and TP if staying more than a weekend. We received a text when our condo was ready and another the next day to make sure it was good, which was a nice touch. The outdoor pool isn't heated but there is a small hot tub. My kids didn't really enjoy the indoor pool but I don't know why. I would definitely come back. - cathy r. This balcony might be my favorite place in all of Orange Beach. It felt completely private and there were boats, birds, and an occasional dolphin to watch all day. We went during Spring Break and it was still such a quiet place to be. It isn't much of a walking town so appreciated how easy it was to get in/out of parking lot and we never had to wait for elevators. The condo was immaculate and had so many cooking supplies. The stove looked like it had never been used! I would recommend bringing tinfoil/parchment paper, salt & pepper, and extra shampoo and TP if staying more than a weekend. We received a text when our condo was ready and another the next day to make sure it was good, which was a nice touch. The outdoor pool isn't heated but there is a small hot tub.
