This beautiful 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath Lagoon-front condo is located on Little Lagoon and on the 15th floor. Enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon as you watch the sunset.

The first master suite features a King bed, views of the Gulf from the floor to floor windows, and a private bath with jacuzzi tub, double vanities and a walk-in shower. The second master bedroom has a King bed, private bath with double vanities, jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and access to a Lagoon front balcony as well as views of the gulf from the floor to ceiling windows. The 3rd guest room has a King size bed, wall-to-wall builtins for ample storage and access to a private bath. The 4th guest room has a Queen size bed. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV and wood floors. The living room has a large sectional sofa, flat screen TV, Gulf and Lagoon views from the floor-to-ceiling windows and access to a Gulf facing balcony.

The unit also features travertine floors throughout the living area, a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, large island, stainless steel appliances, wine chiller and a wet-bar. This unit also has a large utility room with a full-sized washer and dryer and desk area.

Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

Cleanliness equals protection, and we are doing even more to ensure that your family and your guests are protected and pampered by real professionals. Our full-time professional cleaning crew utilizes EPA-approved to clean and disinfect before every visit, so you can rest assured that everything is perfectly disinfected. We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

PARKING PASSES
One parking pass comes with your Liquid Life reservation, and you can purchase a second pass. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in January, and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team at 251-424-1118 or [email protected].

RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy gives you peace of mind when you book your next beach vacation. If you find yourself needing to cancel at least 14 days before your arrival date (60 days for monthly rentals), we will offer you a refund on 100% of the rent paid. The only thing not refunded to you is the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance, the processing fee, and the damage waiver fee. If you cancel within 7-14 days before check-in, you will receive 50% of your rent back. See our Rental Agreement sent to you upon booking to read the full policy.
