Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest. It basically sits in the water it's so close to the ocean! It's a whole 10 minute walk to the hangout and even closer to a number of restaurants, a market, and a liquor store. The pool was clean and the common areas were also clean. Ice on the premises so you never run out! Only downside was there was only 1 parking pass for a seemingly empty parking lot. The security guard allowed us to pay another $40 to park another car though. Check in was said to be 3pm and by 4:15 had not heard if our condo was ready and upon calling they stated they text us our code at 2:15 and while on the phone with them I got the text so I'm thinking they forgot to text us when our condo was ready. Balcony door would not stay shut unless deadbolt was lock, fridge/freezer was not working sufficiently, had to put some of our things in the freezer to cook and our kids popcicles were in there for 3 days and never froze all of them. Elevator floor was peeling up and took forever to come up and down so we used the stairs from the 3rd floor the entire time. Having a rental company for chairs and umbrellas was nice too at the beach. 35$ a day from 9-4pm. There were plenty of towels and amenities such as toilet paper. We brought extra too just in case! We had an emergency situation on our last day there and wasn't able to book another night due to it being peak season at gulf shores. But liquid life was communicative and professional for the entirety of the stay.I would highly recommend this unit and using liquid life to rent your next vacation. ::RATS:: We saw rats every night by the elevator and they were aggressive. We eventually avoided the elevator at night due to this. We also saw rats on the sidewalk near other properties running around. So you should get a exterminator to deal with those. - Michael J. In a pinch if this was opened and we needed a place to stay I/we would stay again.
