The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials for enjoying meals on the balcony. The master bedroom has it's own entrance to the oceanfront balcony, and our kids really enjoyed that they had access to their own balcony with city and ocean views. Management left thoughtful packages of toiletry, laundry and kitchen cleaning essentials. The location was very convenient, with several eating, shopping and entertainment options nearby. We used the workout facility and found it to have equipment suited to our needs. We didn't use either pool, but both were clean and had nice views. The location of the beach was very nice and the view was amazing. The beds were all very comfortable, even the pull-out sofa. The only issues we had, and they were not real big issues, but the water dispenser on the fridge was just a trickle and the ice maker ran out of ice, but nothing to really address while we were there. We also had to run the dryer a lot longer to get our towels and clothes dry, but again, nothing that would keep us from staying again and it did not stop us from having a good time. (4/5 stars) Over all we had a great vacation. But here are a few things that need to be addressed. The AC in the main bedrooms is awful. It feels like 70 degrees if not warmer in the two master rooms. The room with twin beds is ice cold. Also the parking situation is HORRIBLE. We paid for an extra parking pass because we had two vehicles. Two large trucks one which could not fit upstairs and the other one fit by two inches. Which we were not informed of the parking garage before arriving. The downstairs parking were taking up by small SUV's and cars several times which would force us to find other parking or not leave in the evening for supper which affected our stay and plans. The condo would not accommodate us or refund us for the extra parking pass. They told us they had no control over the parking issue and we would have to park elsewhere until a spot became available. Walking distance to many restaurants. The kitchen was very roomy, but the living room was a little cramped for five people. Two of the three bedrooms were good sized, but the one with the twin beds was very small with no dressers, just a night stand. The master bedroom shared at the main balcony and the other two rooms shared a balcony which was great. Check in and out was all done by text which made things so easy, and I loved that the door was a keyless entry so we didn't have to keep up with the keys. The pool was amazing and good sized, and we like the little cubby holes that were shaded and always had a cool breeze. The gym was good sized, and it faced the beach so you could workout and people watch. Parking....well parking was horrible if you didn't have a compact car, and we went in the off season. The room was superb- very clean, spacious, and the view was incredible. The only thing we had a problem with was the parking, with that being said we were also driving a huge Dodge Dually and could only fit easily on the ground level. Posted on 9/14/2017 ### It was beautiful and very well kept (5/5 stars) The condo was almost as gorgeous as the view. Previous guests had mentioned no cookware and/or roaches, but it was absolutely immaculate when we arrived, with plenty of cookware, plates, glasses, silverware, etc. and no bugs in sight during our 5 day stay. The beach was gorgeous, not crowded, very kid friendly. There was a sea turtle hatch while we were there but we missed seeing them go to the ocean. We only had two very minimal complaints (and neither would at all hinder us from going back or staying in the same location). 1) we had never been to the area or stayed in something like this so it was relatively new to us. Your entry code is texted to you as soon as your condo becomes available and instructions are emailed to you on what to do but seemed very minimal. I called once we got there and for a minute or two was confused by what to do (im used to having to check in with someone like at a hotel and didnt want to assume anything). At first the rep said they emailed me directions on what to do, but once i explained that i was just being cautious she was very helpful. 2) the couch in our condo was hard to sit on or lay down on to watch tv when we were there. All of the cushions seemed to be slanted down toward the floor at the edges which made it uncomfortable. However i just propped a pillow in front of me and that seemed like a reasonable fix. It was super quiet. Everyone we talked to was very sweet. The outside pool was nice and clean. The condo grounds were very well kept.
