The living room had plenty of seating for our family to gather, and the dining table was perfect for meals and games. We especially appreciated the quality of everything, from the furniture and bedding to the dishes, cookware, and coffee maker. Nothing felt cheap or overlooked.The location of the unit was fantastic. Being right next to the elevator made unloading luggage, groceries, and beach gear so easy. You could occasionally hear the elevator, but it was never disruptive. Parking was also convenient and close by. We had very little walking to do. It was all so convenient. The large balcony was one of our favorite features. There was plenty of quality seating and beautiful 11th-floor views of the beach and ocean. Beach access was incredibly easy, and we appreciated the area to rinse off sand and beach gear before heading inside. The property was exceptionally well-maintained. Both pools and hot tubs were great! Even the bathrooms by the pool were kept clean. To the owners, thank you for sharing your beautiful condo. Every surface was clean and well kept, and we noticed zero signs of mold, musty odors, or water damage, which was crucial for our family because my son is highly reactive to mold. Such attention and care is rare in most condos, homes, and hotels on the beach. The pristine condition let us relax and focus on making beach memories instead of worrying about hidden health triggers. We will definitely vacation here again! Check‑in and check‑out were a breeze, and if we had any questions or concerns, they were addressed immediately. I also loved the proximity to the beach. The view of the beach is wonderful and there were beach chairs and beach toys in the laundry room to use. You can also rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach. There are lifeguards right in front of the property as well. The washer and dryer is the largest one I have ever seen in a rental and it worked perfectly. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with all the utensils, pots and pans you need. Smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room so you can stream what you want or watch live TV with Dish. The Lighthouse property is well maintained and elevators are fast. The one thing I will mention is you can hear the elevator while in the unit.
