Inside was tastefully decorated and spacious. You do have to pay for parking as expected but there were never any issues finding a good spot to park. Onsite security gave peace of mind. The grounds were well maintained. There were bins by the pool area that had buckets, shovels, pool noodles, etc. that anyone could use. The beach area in front of condo was never too crowded even with the rental chairs. Liquid life was very responsive even to a late evening question. The only things that we had a problem with is that it took a few days for the refrigerator to cool down, the bathrooms had a foul odor of sewage after flushing toilet, the furniture on the balcony was rusted with metal coating flaking off, the televisions kept losing signal in which we had to call to get that fixed a few times, the front door wouldn’t shut on its own, the hot tubs outside never heated up. (5/5 stars) April 2017: This was our first time in Gulf Shores, and stayed just a few days. We found this 2BR / 2BA unit perfect for our needs. I would say all of the furnishings were 'nice' - furniture was not new, but certainly not ragged by any means. Decor was pleasant, and we had not mechanical issues while we were there. We were glad to be able to get into the unit a few hours early - which was convenient. We found parking to be no trouble, and our car was under covered parking throughout our stay. Easy access to Orange Beach, and to the state park pier. Beach here was truly terrific - wide white sand. Little work-out facility on ground floor was available - not top-end stuff, but it was good equipment to allow for multiple musclegroups with a few adjustments. The big question: Would I stay here again? Absolutely. I am sure we will check this place first when we travel to Gulf Shores again. Primarily because it was priced right - we didn't want to overspend, but wanted to be comfortable. This hit the spot. - Jeff Q. Incredible beach view (5/5 stars) Check in was easy. Having a door code was perfect. Our parking pass was waiting for us in the unit. Easy stay. Great location and excellent condo with excellent layout. Having two full bathrooms was ideal. We definitely ended up using the large soaking tub with jets! Amazing balcony with picture window sliding doors. Incredible view of the beach. Close to everything, but not so close that you are bothered by noise of the touristy spots.
