Condo was just like pictures. It was very clean. Check in was simple. Did have trouble with VRBO app so had to call to get messages that were sent to me from Current Tides. They were very prompt at calling me back. I think my only things were I wish it would have had a Keurig and did have trouble closing shower door completely in master suite bathroom. Otherwise, would stay again.

"We rented this property for our family weekend. It was beautiful. Truly perfect. I am absolutely amazed by this place, the owners, and Sanctuary who manages the property. We made a lifetime worth of memories and absolutely loved our stay and hope the property will be available for rental in the future. If you’re interested in visiting Lighthouse, this is the place to stay. Honestly… a month would’ve been better. We only stayed about 5 days and it wasn’t enough. The details and artwork are GORGEOUS. The condo was very accommodating for our family of 5. We had great views from the 15th floor. I was worried the elevator would be a pain staying that high, but they were very speedy, never waited long at all.

Wonderful stay, the condo was nice and clean. Very welcoming with everythig you could need. Plenty of room. The weather was super hot. Ocean had jellyfish purple flag warning whole time we were there so the ocean and beach were less desireable.Pool was clean. The Lighthouse is a nice condo to stay on vacation.

John and Pam were great to work with. They got back to me very quickly with any questions I had. They told us that they would notify us if they condo was ready before 4pm and they did. Which was wonderful. Check in was fairly easy. The woman there was kind of crabby and didn't explain things well. A mainatance man who was there explained things to me when her answers were short. That is why I gave that 4 stars. That's not VRBOs fault or John and Pams. This woman may have just been having a bad day. It happens. But over all it was fine. The condo was nice and spacious. The view was amazing and the property was well maintained. I have no complaints. We would definitely stay at the light house again and rent from John and Pam.

We stayed here the whole month of February and loved every minute! It was spacious, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, well-stocked, properly functioning, in great location, a with huge balcony. Elevators were close and quick, hot tubs are large and worked every day, pool was refreshing, ample parking, beautifully maintained, friendly staff in office. The only thing I would change is the bedding needs replaced and lamp shades need updating to add more light. We would definitely stay again if possible!

Furniture was delivered to condo with no communication to me. I think a phone call could have been made so we could have made arrangements for one of us to be there or to lock up our handbags and other valuables Other than that great stay!

I told him at that time that I needed to call first and he said he had met you on the elevator and you both talked and you knew he wanted to come to your condo and you said ok. We loved the condo. It had everything we needed! Loved relaxing in the jet tub at the end of the day. Loved eating breakfast on the balcony and watching the dolphins play. Even got to swim within 15ft of them in the ocean. The beach was amazing and clean. Pools were also nice. Very convenient location close to everything.

Our family of 6 (5, 8, 11, 13 year olds) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, plenty of room for all of us. Check in was easy, Pam called me right before 4 to let me know passcode to get into condo. Exceptionally nice condo and great property. Views from the deck are spectacular. Check in was simple and loved the carts provided for luggage. Condo kitchen fully equipped and plenty of towels. Mattress in master bedroom was soft and squeaked everytime time moved. Needs to be replaced. This is the only suggestion we have. Pools and beach area very well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!!

Great condo, plenty of space and a perfect location. Pam was fantastic to work with, and I appreciate her flexibility as we moved from one condo to the other as we decided to extend our stay at the last minute. The kitchen was well stocked, laundry room was an added bonus as well. Perfect for a larger family. My only critique would be to invest in some better towels and some newer pillows, but still not a dealbreaker. This place was GREAT. Thanks again for the hospitality!!

Having a large balcony with plenty of seating make it easy to enjoy the views. We love the fact that our condo is in the center part of the building so you get direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. This condo gave a great view of the beach from the Master bedroom and Living room. It was tastefully decorated and owners were great about answering any questions I had concerning the property. Complex has two large outdoor pools, indoor pool, hot tubs and had a great meal at the Sea n Suds next door. Great location for amenities. Only recommendations I would make is to change out Coffee Maker for Keurig or similar machine, not a lot of people make pots of coffee anymore. Keurig would be a wonderful addition. I would also suggest swapping out the broom in the unit, bristles were too soft to effectively sweep up sand and I would swap out Master bathroom rugs in front of vanity, these seemed to have lived their lifespan. Overall a great stay, wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay at our condo. Yes we agree that the Lighthouse is the best. I am so glad you found our condo to be tastefully decorates, fully stocked and very comfortable. We try very hard to have new updated furnishings at all times. I have changed to a Keurig in several condos and then got complaints that they wanted a regular coffee pot as they wanted full pots of coffee in the morning and then had to go back and purchase a Mr. Coffee for those units. I guess it is a matter of preference as to what people like. I will take your suggestion and put both in our condo. Yes it is time for our annual deep clean in October and we always replace items that need replacing after a long busy season. Trust me brooms, mops, scatter rugs etc are replaced after the summer and fall break season. Thanks again for the suggestions. Hope to have you back again.

I always want our guests to have everything they need for the perfect vacation. I also want my condos to be open and have plenty of room for our guests comfort. This condo was as advertised. My husband and I stayed 10 days and really enjoyed the beach! This condo was clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Always a lot of parking, close to good restaurants and shopping. Keyless entry is always a plus! The balcony had plenty of furniture for sitting out or eating at the table while watching for Dolphins. It has a bunk room with a TV for younger children to have their own space when not on the beach. I can't wait to return to the beach!! Pam is a jewel to work with!

We loved how big the rooms and bathrooms were. 4 adults and 2 children fit very comfortably the entire stay. The kids loved their own little nook with the bunk beds and TV. The 2 king beds were definitely a plus. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we might need. We loved it and we will be back!

Our visit was over July 4th. This unit is awesome. Little scared of staying on 15th floor, but it was great. No pool noise. Only ocean waves. This is our 4th visit to gulf shores and absolutely love the lighthouse. It is the perfect location, and so close to our personal favorite, the hangout. Condo is very clean and stocked with everything u need. The keyless entry is a big bonus. We highly recommend this unit. Thank u John and Pam for such a comfortable and pleasant stay!!

In March of this year, my wife and I invited her parents to join my 8, 10 & 12 year old children for some rest and relaxation over Spring Break. We were in need of two bedrooms with king sized beds as well as sleeping accommodations for our three kids. This rental unit provided comfortable sleeping arrangement for everyone. My two younger children enjoyed the bunk beds with their own TV and they negotiated alternating who got to sleep on the top bunk each night. My oldest child gladly slept on the pull out sofa each night by herself and if we had a fourth child of approximate age and size there would have been enough room for them to have slept comfortably together. Access to the beach and outdoor/indoor pools was convenient especially for dad who had to pack everything from the van to the beach and back again for everyone each day. So if you have a family similar to ours and are in need of like accommodations, I would highly recommend staying here.

My husband, my self, and 3 children ages 7, 9 and 10 were very blessed to visit such a lovely area! Gulf Shores is sooo clean, the sand is soft and the beaches are pristine! The condo was the cherry on top! The condo is lovely, very clean, perfect location for us. The kids enjoyed three nice pools, two hot tubs, the beach, the ocean...my husband and I took advantage of the well-equipped exercise room -no free weights, but decent cardio machines and a weight-pulley system. Being on the 15th floor I was concerned we wouldn't hear the ocean, but I was pleasantly surprised! The ocean view and sound was the most therapeutic part of our trip. Actually, being so high, the sound seems louder and muffles out any noise coming from the pool area. The amenities in the condo were great...the only thing lacking was plastic cups for the kids to drink from...I suggest you purchase some to protect the glassware you have. Other than that, we were extremely pleased. Thank you for such a nice vacation!

The condo was exactly as presented. We loved it! It was the perfect set up for our family. Two king sized beds and the bunk room for the kids. The master bedroom had it's on balcony access so we woke up every morning looking at the beautiful emerald green water of the gulf coast. Having coffee in the morning and wine in the early evening on the balcony while watching the dolphins play was a real treat. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal, big or small. Just remember to bring your own dishwasher detergent, paper towels, clothes detergent, etc. The sofa and chair in the living room area was very comfortable too. The most important thing of all to me though, the unit was VERY clean. I even used the jacuzzi bath tub in the master bathroom which is something I never do in a rented place. The extended weekend we were there, the weather was quite chilly but since the property has the indoor pool, the grnadchildren were still able to enjoy their time there too. My husband, daughter and son in law all enjoyed the 2 hot tubs on the premises. We can't wait to go back when it is warmer so we can get in the pools. The zero entry pool is perfect for the smaller grandchild. Another great thing about renting this unit was working with Pam. She made everything so easy and checked in with us before and after our stay to make sure everything was satisfactory. We will definitely be returning and I truly hope this unit will be availble when we do.

This property was perfect for what we needed. My husband , I and three children (ages 19, 22,and 24) stayed in this unit for a week. It is beautifully newly decorated and was very clean. I have owned rental condos myself in the past and am very picky about cleanliness. I had no complaints..even the outside of the patio windows were clean. The bunk room is an extra plus. It is actually like a third very small bedroom. My 24 year old daughter stayed in it. Beds are comfortable full size twins. Only problem is you need to have the door open a bit for circulation.This condo is on the 15th floor and the view was beautiful. I was concerned about waiting for elevators all the time. This was not a problem because these elevators are the fastest ones I have ever been in...15 seconds we were at our floor. The units is located one door away from the elevators, just a few steps away from the trash chute, and when you reach the ground level, it is just around the corner from the pools, hot tubs, and beach. It is in an ideal location. The "Hang Out" is just down the beach and my three kids went down there almost nightly to hear the bands playing outside. There is a lot to do and eat within walking distance of this condo. Owners were great to work with and I received my deposit back promptly. To sum this up..I told my husband, "Wow, I picked the BEST condo complex and great unit on Gulf Shores beach! " Only complaint, we didn't have the best weather the week we were there. I would highly recommend this condo..you won't be disappointed.
