The balcony offered an incredible view of the Gulf, and the location provided convenient access to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The walk to the beach was very close. There is an amazing view from the balcony. The only downside was the "bonus" space. It was extremely tiny, fine for very small children, but not teens or adults. Our grandson was very disappointed because there was no TV, as mentioned in the description. He opted for sleeping on the couch, in order to watch TV before bed. It wasn't ideal or what we had planned, but we made it work. We contacted the host a couple of times and he was very nice. It takes a little while to hear back, but I expect that with most rentals. We purchased our parking pass in the complex office and they were very helpful and friendly. Our condo was better than the pictures. Very spacious, clean, with everything we needed.
