This was a great condo for us 6 adults. It was clean and spacious and the perfect location. A few minor things could be improved. The entry key pad numbers kept getting stuck which made it hard to enter at times. It could use a few more pans to cook and a few more kitchen towels. The room closest to the front door was very warm. It was like the air wasnt flowing in there even with the fan on. There was a broom but no dust pan. Other than that, the other rooms were great! The master room was huge! Lots of closet space and drawers. The living room was spacious. At times we had 12 people in there with plenty of space. The deck was great with two tables and chairs. The lighthouse was a great spot for our family to stay for our baseball world series! The unit was clean when we arrived and contact with the property manager was very easy with quick response. The unit condition was good, beds were comfortable, kitchen could use a few items to cook, etc. The only downside of this particular unit is that it is located right next to elevator and you can hear the noise everytime someone goes up or down. Overall, it was a great spot. Was within walking distance to restaurants and shops and getting to the beach was a breeze.

This is a beautiful and comfortable condo. We loved the location, and the ocean view from the balcony is amazing. We had a small issue in the kitchen, but the owners answered my call immediately and had someone there to fix it in a reasonable time. Everyone had a wonderful vacation, and my 3-year-old granddaughter had a blast on her first beach trip. Thank you John and Pam!!

The condo is beautiful, great location, and well appointed. The beds are comfortable and each bedroom has a full bath. We were there to go to the Hangout Festival, which is less than a mile away. We enjoyed this condo very much and will be back again!

Everything about condo 404 was amazing. the view, cleanliness and how the condo was stocked. We had someone in the condo next door smoking pot which was not very nice but we reported it to the office and we didnt smell it again. The only negative was the cleanliness of the pool and hot tubs. When we asked why the pools and hot tubs were so dirty we were told they were short staffed. Pam I have nothing but positive comments for you and your condo. I just thought you would want to be aware of the problem with the maintenance of the pool and hot tub area. Thanks for the wonderful vacation.

This condo is the perfect place to spend a vacation on the beach of Gulf Shores! The decor is tasteful and appropriate. The condo is spacious and accommodating. The location, the property itself, and the atmosphere are all wonderful! Everything was comfortable, ascetically appealing, and just what we had hoped for. The large balcony was a plus, and we truly enjoyed our 10 days here. Above and beyond the condo itself, the owner, Pam, was a joy to work with! She is gracious, kind, and was always easy to contact with any questions. When I think of the term "southern hospitality", she exemplified it completely!

Very nice property and great folks to rent from. Not far from restaurants and shopping and the 5 year old loved and enjoyed the zero entry pool since he has not yet learned to swim. Would definitely go back.

Condo had tile throughout and was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, pans, etc. Great beach view and close to elevator. Only room for improvement I will mention is the master bedroom mattress was extremely firm and could really used a soft topper of some kind.

The unit was perfectly located in the building to the elevator, stairs, pool and the beach access. The overall trip was very enjoyable. We spent time in the evening on the balcony overlooking the pool. The unit was supplied with virtually everything in the kitchen we needed including a large boiling pot for my boiled shrimp. Containers galore for storing food items in our ice chest at the beach. I would certainly consider going back to this property and unit.

We had an amazing Christmas on the beach at this condo. Weather cooperated with 70's each day. Loved that the hot tub was hot and clean as well as the pool, very important! So many really wonderful restaurants: LuLu, Flying Harpoon, Mikee's, The Diner, The Shrimp Basket. A market just down the street and a Walmart just about 1 mile away. Relatively quiet! Could see the sunrise and sunset. Got to see dolphins swim by each day. Everything in the condo worked and was well equipped. Indoor pool is a plus if the weather does not cooperated. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and separated for plenty of privacy. Plenty of nice thick towels provided. Nice larger washer and dryer for all those towels you go through. We love the beach and will be back. I highly recommend this property.

The initial impression was great when walking in, the place was immaculate. the master bedroom has a wonderful bathroom and lost of storage for your beach stuff. The other 2 bedrooms are very nice and well laid out. The common living areas are spacious and well appointed. The balcony has a great view! This condo made the stay far better than a hotel would have been.

Condo unit was nice and clean. Staff at the building unit are polite and informative. Building could use some fixing such as the door on stairs are falling off. We had a very relaxing vacation at this condo. It was equipped with every thing we needed. Plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 older children. Whether we were going to go in one of the pools, hot tubs or the Gulf was our biggest decisions to make for the week, it was wonderful. Took a day and went charter fishing with Captain Jack from Summer Hunting, was not disappointed there either, a shark and a couple amberjacks and perfect weather made a great fishing experience. Everything about our trip was wonderful. The condo far exceeded our expectations. We loved the decor as well. It was so well put together. And working with Pam was great. She made it very stress free. Being on the 4th floor was great too because we would park on the 3rd floor and just walk the one flight of stairs. Not waiting for the elevator had its perks. This unit was awesome! Very clean, well stocked with all the necessary items & lots of space for everyone. We love the pools and convience of the beach. The keyless entry is so handy. I would stay here again. The owner was great to work with!

This was our first visit to Gulf Shores. The condo was nicely decorated with brown/tan decor and exceeded all of our expectations. As others have commented, it was very clean, beds were comfortable, great view of both the outdoor pools and beach, and easy access to the beach. The owner was very easy to book with and took time to answer some of the questions we had. We look forward to staying hear again the next time we visit Gulf Shores! Thanks for providing a great place for our family to stay!

Thank you for making our condo your first stay in Gulf Shores. We try very hard to make our condo one to remember. We want our condo to have exactly what you need and expect for a wonderful BEACH Vacation. We are so glad we met all your expectations. We agree the location is wonderful and can't be beat. That is what made us buy our second home at Lighthouse and on the 4th floor. I try very hard to make your renting process very easy and effort free. I am glad I succeeded. My family visited Gulf Shores for the first time ever and had a wonderful time!. The condo was extremely nice and the views are exceptional! Pam was great to work with and made the booking stress free. I would defintiley recommend this condo and when we return to Gulf Shores again, hopefully we will be able to stay in the same exact same place!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The location was great with easy access to the pools and beach. The Lighthouse is very close to lots of restaurants and activities. This unit was nicely decorated, well maintained and very clean. The owner was great to deal with making the rental process very easy. We would definitely consider this unit for future vacations.
