The previous visitors left a small (inappropriate) mess on the balcony furniture that the cleaning crew had missed, but thanks to the very high quality ploy-wood balcony furniture, it wiped right up. Makes so much noise that when getting into or out of it will wake everyone up that is close to it. Guest agent could give a tip less. I kept getting the run around when we complained about it. Could use new furniture and a new dishwasher, but overall it was a nice stay. Good location as far as being able to checkout different restaurants and stores. Parking in the parking deck was a bit tight, and it would have been nice to have an early check-in option, but I was told by Liquid Life it was the HOA policy, yet my friend was able to check into her condo early at noon vs 4:00.
