The unit was clean and worked well for our family of 6. The unit was clean when we arrived. The kitchen had a fair amount of cooking utensils and pans. There weren't any "stock" items, such as salt, pepper or other items when we stayed so we just purchased our own. Not a huge deal, but something to keep in mind when you get there. The pools were great and all of the kids loved go back and forth between there and the beach all day. This would be a place that we would come and stay at again for sure. Good price, great view, 2 pools, 3 hot tubs and a great beach. Just a couple of minor things. Spend 10 and replace the one toilet seat. It makes the bathroom look dumpy. Also, a supply of good toilet paper would be nice. The cabinet inside the door is in the way and really doesn't serve a purpose. They also make good cleaners for the water stains on the counters.
