Perdido and Arnica Bay is a brackish water with a sandy bottom, that\'s perfect for swimming, skiing and tubing. If you wish, bring your cast net and fishing rods for that perfect fish dinner. Great place for relaxing, walking, bicycling or just casting a rod! SLEEPS 8! Newly built in 2021, this home is stunning! The entire upstairs encompasses the Primary suite and oversized bathroom! You will be in nothing but luxury on your stay at "No Worries" with all the granite countertops, spacious living areas, and nice size bedrooms and bathrooms that include all the updates you will enjoy!! There is a charcoal grill & picnic table under the home for outdoor meals as well as a basketball goal. The kitchen has an oversized island bar, regular and Keurig coffee maker, lots of counter space for preparing your dinners, nice size pantry area for storing your items, and a dining room that seats 6 people. You will have all the dishes, wine glasses, children\'s dishes, pots and pans, and skillets as well as all utensils for your stay. The living room has 2 comfy sofas and plenty of seating with a large mounted Smart TV for your enjoyment. You will also enjoy a wood burning fireplace in the living room for those cold months you just want to get away! The house offers diverse sleeping arrangements: a Primary bedroom with a King bed, a second bedroom with a Queen bed, and a third bedroom with 2 Twin beds. The living room adds a Queen sofa bed, and there\'s a full-sized washer and dryer for all laundry needs. Revel in stunning views from the surrounding windows in every room. You are there in only 2 minutes. Off the amazing porch with new furniture is a little beach. Perfect for littles to play and wade in the water. If you are looking for an oasis this is the place. The only draw back is the grocery store is 30 minutes away as is Gulf Shores beach but this is why we loved it. Away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Even with those little inconveniences this place was a little slice of heaven. They have everything you could ever possibly need. Our four year old got stung by a jellyfish and when we were looking for what to use on it, google suggested vinegar and baking soda, which they had! We cooked the fish our group caught on their offshore trip in the kitchen along with corn on the cob, asparagus, cheesy potatoes & garlic bread. They had everything we needed to cook a great meal. It was fun to see the crabs at night. Bring your own firewood, we couldn’t find a place to supply it so sadly we couldn’t use the fire pit. I recommend bringing a good book and lounging in that swing every day. That was my favorite place to be & I’m not even an avid reader. It was a wonderful place to make memories for our daughters first beach trip. We felt extremely safe the entire trip & even spent some time with some of the neighbors. After my husband worked 16-20 hour days for the past 4 weeks this was the place to be to unwind and relax. This home is incredible, from decorations to cleanliness to a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of space. All details have been considered, and the private white sandy beach is dreamy! Every morning, we enjoyed a gorgeous sunrise that never failed to be breathtakingly beautiful. This home is perfect for families with small children. You are able to walk out in the water for a couple hundred feet at knee depth and the water is so clear, we caught soft shelled blue crabs and tons of hermit crabs to admire before releasing them back into the ocean. We had one issue with the umbrella and Joy was quick about responding. Unfortunately the wind broke it so we had to do without, but found plenty of shady spots. You are steps to the water and the place was well stocked. It rained one day for awhile so we sat on the covered front porch. The rest of the time was spent out back taking in the scenery and enjoying the water. We rented a pontoon boat from Flora Bama Marina and spent 4 hours riding the waterway with our 2 dogs. There are not many places to eat but we knew that ahead of time and took food with us. We did manage to eat a hamburger and drink a bushwhacker from Pirates Cove. Both were very good and there were lots of places to sit outside to eat and drink and stay socially distanced. We loved the beach area and we were in the water every chance we could. It is very shallow area so it’s great for kids and adults alike. We packed inflatable float chairs and they are perfect to just relax in the water. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could want. From spices, baking dishes, to plastic storage containers. We enjoyed the privacy of a house and in a quiet area. Perfect for getting away and not being around others during this difficult time. The outdoor space is incredibly serene. My kids were thoroughly entertained swimming in the bay most of the day. The beach is perfect for lounging waterside and younger children, the sunrises are amazing, the linens soft and cozy, tastefully decorated, extremely clean, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need.
