Bella Luna 1001 is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath waterfront condo that is the home away from home you have been dreaming of. Join us for your well-deserved vacation, and relax to the sound of waves crashing against the shore.

This Orange Beach condo is located on the 10th floor of Bella Luna and accommodates up to 10 people. Enjoy breathtaking views of Ole River, Ono Island, and Bayou Saint John from the wrap-around balcony.

The master suite features a King bed, flat-screen TV, and balcony access. The private bath offers his and her vanities, a spacious Jacuzzi tub, and a separate walk-in shower with both a hand-held and a rain shower head. The 2nd bedroom has a King bed, flat-screen TV, balcony access, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The 3rd bedroom has a King bed, flat-screen TV, private bath, and balcony access. For additional sleeping, there are 2 sleeper sofas in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a separate wet bar with a wine chiller and ice maker. The living room offers a large flat-screen TV and expansive views through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Wireless Wi-Fi access is available throughout the condo.

Bella Luna is a luxury, gated condo located on the Ole River in Orange Beach with deeded beach access to the Gulf of Mexico. There are 3 outdoor pools, an indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, a fitness center, a sauna, a steam room, and boat docking offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.

PARKING PASSES
One parking pass is included in your reservation. If you need a second parking pass, please let us know before arrival. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and the price is set by each association and is subject to change without notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in January and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team at 251-424-1118 or [email protected].

RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy gives you peace of mind when you book your next beach vacation. If you find yourself needing to cancel at least 14 days before your arrival date (60 days for monthly rentals), we will offer you a refund on 100% of the rent paid. The only thing not refunded to you is the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance, the processing fee, and the damage waiver fee. If you cancel within 7-14 days before check-in, you will receive 50% of your rent back. See our Rental Agreement sent to you upon booking to read the full policy.
