This Orange Beach condo rental features a large private balcony to enjoy the breathtaking views of the boat traffic and marine life at Alabama Pointe on the Gulf of Mexico and Perdido Pass.
The master suite features a King bed, balcony access, a flat-screen TV, and DVD player as well as a private bath with a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower. There is a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom along with a flat-screen TV.

Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.
COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Grand Pointe is a gated complex and offers indoor/outdoor pools and indoor/outdoor hot tubs, an exercise facility, a steam room and sauna, outdoor grills, outdoor showers, and a boardwalk. This complex is conveniently located within walking distance of San Roc Cay which has shopping, restaurants, and a marina.
PARKING PASSES
One parking pass comes with your Liquid Life reservation, and you can purchase a second pass. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.
MONTHLY RENTALS
