The master suite features a King bed and private bath including a Jacuzzi tub and a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The second bedroom features a King bed and a private bath. The third bedroom features two Twin-Over-Full bunk beds with a pull-out trundle and a private bath.

The unit also features wireless internet access, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every comforter, and every pillow sham – EVERY TIME. Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

Your family and your guests deserve the peace of mind that comes with a professionally cleaned condo. This has been our standard practice for many years. Cleanliness equals protection, and we are doing even more to ensure that your family and your guests are protected and pampered by real professionals. Our full-time professional cleaning crew utilizes EPA-approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before every visit, so you can rest assured that everything is perfectly disinfected. We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Phoenix West II offers spectacular Gulf-front views and fabulous amenities. Feel free to relax in the shimmering waters of the lazy river while the little ones enjoy the twisty water slide. This complex also offers an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts, a large indoor heated pool with hot tubs, a grilling area, and a boardwalk with an outdoor shower. Sweat out stress in the fully-loaded exercise room, complete with a sauna.

PARKING PASSES
Parking passes are purchased on-site at the property, so you will purchase your pass when you arrive. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in November, December, January, and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team at 251-424-1118 or [email protected].

RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy gives you peace of mind when you book your next beach vacation. If you find yourself needing to cancel at least 14 days before your arrival date (60 days for monthly rentals), we will offer you a refund on 100% of the rent paid. The only thing not refunded to you is the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance, the processing fee, and the damage waiver fee. If you cancel within 7-14 days before check-in, you will receive 50% of your rent back. See our Rental Agreement sent to you upon booking to read the full policy.
