03/03/2023-we have been notified by the homeowners association for Seaside Beach and Racquet that spalling repairs on building 5 (this condo is in building 4) will begin on Monday, March 6, 2023, and will last for several months. Please watch for important emails from Liquid Life in regard to this.
This Orange Beach condo rental is located in Building 4 on the 5th floor and features a private wrap-around balcony with access from the living area and master bedroom.
The master suite features a King bed, flat-screen TV, and private bath. The second bedroom features a Queen bed as well as a flat-screen TV, and there are two Twin beds in the third bedroom. This unit sleeps up to 8 people with a sofa sleeper in the living room.
The unit also features a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and a washer and dryer.

As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.
COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Seaside Beach and Racquet Club are located 5 miles East of Hwy 59 in Orange Beach. This property features two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, BBQ area, exercise room, and tennis courts. Smoking is prohibited in all common use areas within the Seaside Beach & Racquet Club property, including parking lots, walkways, stairwells, indoor facilities, pool areas, etc.
PARKING PASSES
One parking pass comes with your Liquid Life reservation, and you can purchase a second pass. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.
MONTHLY RENTALS
