Clean and gulf front , feel the sand in your face sitting on the balcony . 7 adults had room to enjoy the condo without being on top of one another. Only upgrade would be more towels and washcloths for a 3 bed unit was limited, very clean and well stocked kitchen . Master bath and shower very nice .saw dolphins from balcony and living room multiple mornings.
