We go to OB every year but this was our first time staying in this condo. We had 5 adults and 3 children aged 3-10. We felt like it was enough room for us. The appliances are very nice and the kitchen is well stocked for any cooking needs. The balcony is what sold us on this unit. It is large with very nice, sturdy furniture. I loved the two seat glider, the large table, and the two higher chairs. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. My MIL and husband’s grandma did report that their pillowcases were soiled but they washed them and that took care of it. We do wish we had the option to put the thermostat lower than 72. I told my husband that I am ready to book this place again for next year. We were told after we made final payment about pool closure and possible balcony closure. It wasn't until we arrive that we became aware of total balcony closure along with drilling/sanding of balconies starting at 8 each morning. We did contact Liquid Life and ask for compensation, but were told none could be given.
