Unit was great and comfortable. Second bedroom is not attached to the bathroom which was a bummer and you can hear the neighbors up above. It was a quick walk to the beach and it was great. Great unit for a family or two couples. It was great for us when the beach, dinner and hanging out it a priority. The living room definitely needs a chair or two but for us, it was not a problem.
