Someone was there cleaning. I thought maybe they were running behind, but they had actually been called back because Liquid Life had inspected it and it was not up to their standard. So, someone had come back to clean more. This showed me the care Liquid Life puts into the properties they manage. The views are amazing since this is on the 27th floor and we loved watching the dolphins every morning at breakfast! Here are a few details. . .beds are very comfortable, the ice maker in the bar was fantastic, the large dining room table was very nice, pool area was so well thought out, everything was perfect. The ONLY issue we had was the floors being dirty. we had been there about an hour when I noticed everyones feet were black. I wiped the floor with a wet paper towel and yuck! This is purely a housekeeping issue but thought you should know. It was absolutely spotless and well equipped. We loved using the fully stocked kitchen during our stay. The common areas were very comfortable and modern. The beds were very comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of storage space.The tower this condo is located in is really nice as well. There are a lot of fun things for kids to do at the property. I would have appreciated a little more communication around how to get our parking passes when we arrived. I would recommend that be provided to future guests. You'll have to go to the OTHER tower (not the one this unit is in), go to the 2nd floor, and print it from a kiosk using the code you were provided when you purchased your parking pass online.
