We had a little issue with check-in, but the issue was resolved within 5 minutes. The listing says that there is a jetted bathtub in the master, unfortunately it only had a shower stall. Not only was our room very clean but the whole facility (lobby, pool areas, surrounding grounds, and other common spaces) was well taken care of. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and all that you needed to cook. We had the option of a Keurig or standard coffee pot. The kids really enjoyed the pools and lazy river. The location of the Phoenix Orange Beach was great. We had multiple grocery stores, restaurants, souvenir shops, pharmacy all in walking distance. The only issue we had was getting our parking pass (actual ticket for car dash) and wrist bands. We paid for parking prior to coming into town but we got arrived after 5 so no one was there to check is in. The next morning we were in the lobby looking around and ran into an employee (maintenance maybe) at the elevator and he asked if we arrived late. He knew this because apparently wrist bands are required to use the pool, boardwalk, etc. We had no idea that a wrist band was needed for the property. There was nothing in any of the communication about this and I think that it should be added. Had the employee not said anything to us I'm sure we would have been questioned when using the facilities. Phoenix orange beach condo- three elevators got busier later in the morning (around 9 am) but we barely had to wait. Our kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. The lazy river water was colder than ideal and area had pretty limited places to sit around the outdoor pool area. Parking was easy and front desk lady was super nice. Also, having a bracelet to wear gives sense of good security. 2. Location- it's perfect. Since we have little kids, we wanted to avoid busy spring break spots and it was good choice. A lot of families. Also, super close to Publix and restaurants. We had amazing experiences of good seafood restaurant!3. Beach- beautiful. There are chairs& umbrella to rent and it was very convenient. ~ 9am-5pm for rented chairs/umbrellas.4. 1703 unit- We had some issues: a. fan was not working b. internet went out, c. any outlet in the living room wall by tv will trip the circuit and we had to reset each time). As I previously stated, the unit was owned by a private owner so the Liquid Life probably wasn't aware of them. They answered my phone calls in timely manner and provided assistance. Two times, they had to send the maintenance in. I am glad LL took care of it.If you are going to cook, make sure to bring good pans (there are plenty of pots) and extra kitchen towels.
