The condo was exactly as advertised. Beautiful beachfront view. Large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms-perfect for a big family. We usually vacation at Miramar Beach, but this property was much nicer and more modern than what we usually encounter there. The amenities were great! My teens enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub and lazy river every day, as well as the gym. Every single staff member at the Phoenix was so polite and friendly. The only suggestion I have is that it would be helpful if a new skillet was added to the condo-I usually cook a lot on vacation due to some food allergies my family has and the pans were challenging. Check-out procedures were clear and simple. Finally, the owner/facilitator of the property kept in contact via text and email throughout the stay to see if our stay was meeting expectations. Apparently I misread that two parking passes were included, so I paid ~$165 for three parking passes on top of renting the place. Open concept and beautiful and spacious balcony was great. The wet bar with ice machine was great to always have iced drinks available. Beds/baths spacious and 6th floor parking great for no elevator wait to load/unload car. The amenities are wonderful and we will definitely stay again. I will say since this unit was new, there were not a lot of extra kitchen items- no wine glasses, limited serving bowls, pots/pans, no keurig and no tea kettle. If you plan to cook a lot, bring some of that with you. Otherwise, the place is really amazing!! Highly recommend it! - Marcie K. All the rooms are large with high ceilings, each bedroom has its own bath, kitchen is perfectly stocked with anything you might need! Beds are comfortable an unit has exceptional views with a very large balcony that can be accessed from master bedroom or family room. Right over lazyriver pool at night is beautiful ! (5/5 stars) I can not express how much we loved our stay at the Phoenix Orange Beach 2 condo! We had a big group of 10 people and there was more than enough room for everyone. The place is clean, updated, and extremely comfortable. The location couldn’t be any better! You pretty much have the beach right at your doorstep! We had an amazing time at this condo for the 4th of July Beach vacation. We were 3 families, each family had their own room and bathroom. The apartment is very spacious and well insulated, you don't hear noises from the other rooms or the neighbors. Spacious and well equipped kitchen and living rooms. Smart TV on the living room was very convenient. We were able to watch our favorite shows thanks to the smart TV apps connection. The balcony is huge and the seating chairs and table are in good condition. Park on 6th floor to have direct access to the condo floor. It made everything easier to load/unload the car. We of course all loved the beach, but the pool, slide, and small splash pad were perfect for all the kids. The babies (age 1 and 3) love the splash pad and the ability to walk and wade in the pool. The bigger kids loved the slide, and everyone enjoyed the lazy river.
