All our friends have been here so we wanted to experience what OB/GS had to offer. I was concerned about reviews stating the elevator was slow, especially since we're on the 15th floor, but after a week we really only had to wait once during peak time, rarely did we have to wait more than a few minutes. Check-in took a while at the front desk because there were several checking in at the same time and only one employee. We had an issue with not being given our parking code at check-in but security quickly helped resolve the issue and we were pleasantly surprised to have underground parking! The property has plenty of carts to transport bags and groceries to your room, the unit had everything we needed for our group of 6. The couch seating area was a little narrow and uncomfortable to watch movies on the one rainy day. The Dish/TV kept having to be reset but we managed okay. The pools and splash pad were great for our young grandsons, The condo is close to everything so if you're looking for touristy things and places, this is perfect. If you're looking for laid back, this may not be it. There were a lot of young families and everyone was polite and kind, locals and travelers. Being on the top floor you have the most amazing views of the ocean and beach. We could see dolphins swimming and jumping every morning from the balcony. The condo was clean and had everything you'd need in the kitchen. Check in/out was a breeze and we never had any issues on the property. We never used the pool but it looked nice.
