There was an issue with a lock when we first checked in (the door actually wouldn’t lock at all nor was there a deadbolt), and the nicest maintenance man came at 11:30 pm to help fix it. It was very comfortably furnished. We both loved the beds they were so comfortable. The large balcony had comfortable seating. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, pitcher, knives, etc. The starter kits mean one roll of toilet paper and garbage bag, dishwasher soap and small bottle of liquid soap, so you might want to bring some with you.
