Perfect location with the Flora-Bama bar right next door. Our only hiccups where, loading and unloading, there is a 15 minute loading/unloading area, however the property shooed us away as soon as possible, not rude but not friendly and told us to unload in the parking garage, which wasn't a problem, but would've been helpful to know beforehand. There where no linens on the pullout couch, or extra blankets/linens to make up the pullout found anywhere to be found, which wasn't an issue, we simply had our son sleep on one of the bunk beds instead, and we had brought in blankets from our car ride, if the children wanted an extra one. Our balcony light didn't work, we talked to management and they sent someone out but weren't able to fix it, was supposed to come back but never did. Parking passes are not included in your stay and are $60 per vehicle. Also the condos beach chairs are for rent and also not included in condo. They are $45 a day. This should be included.
