There was enough room for at least nine. We did not use the pullout couch. The place was clean. The rental was exactly as described, and the master bed was the best I’ve experienced in a rental. There are not beach towels or beach chairs, so I would recommend bringing them if you don’t want to rent the ones on the beach ($15 per chair/$20 per umbrella). The rental and the outdoor areas were extremely clean! It was overall a really good vibe.
