Elevator directly across from condo was convenient and no noticeable noise. Wonderful view from the 5th floor! Very spacious for 6 adults! Having the extra half-bath was great! Did have freezer issues as the line was frozen so we had no ice, but management had someone there ASAP. We did not want to allow it to defrost because it was packed with our food for the week. Cons: difficult to find adequate places to hang damp towels to dry, internet was sporadic, deck furniture was sturdy, but unwieldy and the Adirondack chairs were so uncomfortable they could not be used. The heater in the indoor pool and jacuzzi must have been broken. (5/5 stars) Very spacious, clean and a great view! We have stayed at other properties in the past on various floors (1st, 11th), and liked this 5th floor property the best. Not too low (filtered out ground level noise) and not too high so we could have a great view of the beach, waves, a few dolphins as well as make the elevator rides (or use of stairs) take less time. This was the first property we stayed at with covered parking (parking ramps under the building) and will look for that in the future! Posted on 9/29/2020 ### Will Be Back! (5/5 stars) We really enjoyed our stay at Regency Isle 507. The only small drawback was that the condo wasn’t ready for us when we arrived (half an hour after checkin was supposed to begin) and so we had to wait in the parking garage until about 4:00 pm. That’s minor hassle, but with an infant who had driven 7 hours it felt big at the moment. That said, once we were in the space it was perfect. Everything was very clean, the space is much larger than the photos appear, the king bed was very comfortable, the deck was huge, and the beach/pool access could not have been better. We had an issue with the garbage disposal while staying there, and the property manager had someone out to fix it within an hour. The maintenance man was very courteous and even made sure to be as quiet as possible so as to not wake our son who was napping. The owners may want to do some routine maintenance (caulk, paint touch ups, two of four stove eyes not working, etc.) but overall this made no difference to our stay and we plan to come back again. - Kevin E. This condo had plenty of room for the 6 of us so we didn’t feel on top of each other. We did have an issue with the dryer not heating but management fixed it for us after a day or two. They did provide extra towels and offered us free laundry service in between. The king size master bed was very comfortable for my bad back. Very satisfied and would stay here again. - Gail O. It was VERY spacious (more so than the pictures) and quiet. We loved the oversize porch overlooking the pool and beach. I don't think there is anywhere with a bigger porch than an Regency Isle. Our kids enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. The only thing we couldn't find was the ladder to get to the top bunk, but our kids are older and didn't need the ladder. (5/5 stars) This condo was a wonderful place for our family to stay! Plenty of room for the 4 of us! We loved the kitchen and being able to cook our meals both in there and at the grills below. Only thing was there was no skillet! The jacuzzi tub in the master bath was great, but there wasn't always enough hot water to fill it up. And the shower in the other bathroom was tricky (we only figured out how it worked on the second to last day!) - you have to pull down on the gold ring on the faucet to get the water to come out of the shower head! The balcony area was AMAZING!!! We ate out there, enjoyed watching dolphins severals mornings while drinking our coffee out there, it was just perfect! We would definitely come back again!!! We did experience, like some others who have left reviews, the door code not working on the last day. Thankfully, our kids were still asleep inside when we locked ourselves out taking our last morning stroll on the beach and we were able to wake them up to let us in. Only a few issues with the unit 1) the toaster was broken (which was disappointing for my kids who were expecting waffles for breakfast) 2) the front door latch did not work so it was super easy for my 3 year old to run out the front door so we windup having to block the door with a chair bc he thought it was funny to run out 3) on the last day, our code stopped working so we had to make sure someone was inside the unit to let everyone back in while we were packing. The BBQ area was wonderful and we made burgers and pork chops one day while the kids swam in the pool. We ate on the table and benches. Other than those few little mishaps, it was great and will definitely recommend this unit to anyone!! - Maggie O.
