First, the actual space: It's spotless and feels more like staying in a hotel suite than "a week at Aunt Barb's condo." It has a chic coastal decor with modern fixtures. We especially appreciated the third bathroom, the newer washer and dryer, the step-in shower off the master bedroom, the wet bar's ice dispenser (perfect for beach water bottles!) and the comfy fold-out couch. The condo was well stocked with starter amenities (soaps etc.) and while the kitchen doesn't have pantry items, it has tons of good-quality dishware, silverware, and cookware. Our favorite part of the condo was the spacious balcony, with two newer lounge chairs and a high-top table with four chairs. The view is directly facing the beach, and it's shaded all day. My only suggestion would be to install an overhead fan or two on the balcony, which many of the condos here have done. As to the property: Regency Isle is a smaller condo, which means shorter waits for the elevator and fewer people at the pool. The beach is a short walk down a well-maintained boardwalk, and Ike's Beach Service does a fantastic job of setting up and taking down chairs. I'd like to see the condo to ban loud music at the pool -- there was a group of adults who blasted their tunes most of the time we were there. The resort is in Orange Beach near Flora Bama (but not too close!), so it's much quieter and easy to navigate than the bustle of very nearby Gulf Shores. - Kristen Posted on 7/3/2026 ### Stunning gulf views and sunsets (5/5 stars) We enjoyed our stay at this Gulf-front condo in Orange Beach! The views from the balcony were stunning—panoramic sights of the ocean during the day and the most beautiful sunsets in the evening. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was the perfect setup for a friends’ trip—plenty of room to hang out, cook meals together, and soak in the scenery. Beach access was quick and easy, and we loved being able to walk straight from the condo to the sand. The location also made it easy to explore local restaurants, shops, and attractions without being in the middle of too much noise or traffic. While the indoor pool was supposed to be heated, it was unfortunately quite cold, which was a bit of a letdown.That said, the location is excellent, and overall, this condo is a great choice for a beach getaway. Massive balcony overlooking pool area and just beyond that, the entirety of Orange Beach: What A View! One thing I will make anyone reading this aware of, while the condo is mostly stocked with dishes/silverware, there is not much else. Bring food storage, foil, plastic wrap, any spices (salt & pepper too), toilet paper (2 total rolls were provided), hand soap, laundry and dish detergent, etc. We did have a couple issues with appliances, the oven wasn't working the night we checked in, nor was the refridgerator. Unfortunately we didn't know the fridge wasn't working until the next morning, which cost us some $$$ in lost food. Liquid Life did get a new fridge out the next afternoon (we contacted them in the morning), and fixed the oven too.
