(5/5 stars) This was our second year in a row to stay at this property, Three of us, and we love how spacious the condo is. We never left--we prepared all of our meals and ate at the condo! We love the balcony and the thought put into the pub height table and chairs so you can see the beach and the ocean over the railing. It is a beautiful home, has a gorgeous view, and was enjoyable! When our go-to condos were booked we chose this and weren't let down! There were maintenance issues like the indoor hot tub was out for a couple of days, the outdoor pool & hot tub weren't heating properly the other days, and parking was limited, even though we paid for it, due to them cleaning the different levels. But it didn't deter us from wanting to return in the future and it wasn't the owner's fault. LOVED the ice machine! I either missed that in the description or it wasn't featured, but for a gal like me that LOVES extra ice in drinks it was awesome! - Rachel A. Our favorite part of the condo was the balcony where we spent the majority of our time from morning coffee to brunch and most meals. It was amazing to be able to watch the dolphins playing in the morning and the pelicans diving into the water. Sunrises were beautiful, and while our sunsets were blocked by a different condo, the beach was not far away to get the beautiful sunsets. - Jennifer L. (5/5 stars) Regency Isle 809 is our favorite place to stay for vacation. This condo is oceanfront with a huge porch with comfortable chairs and a nice dining table. The condo is spacious, clean, very nicely furnished and had everything we needed for a wonderful week at the beach. The location is conveniently located to several restaurants, and we always enjoy our walks on the beach and to restaurants located only 1/2 mile from the condo. Has a very nice large deck with 6 very nice chairs and table on it. Also lounge chair on deck. Beds were very nice and comfortable. Very easy in and out to vehicle parking, to pool, and to beach by way of elevators (3; limited wait). I would stay here again. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a great condo on the beach with king bed and two queen beds. Full size washer and dryer were also very nice. - Robert W.
