Weve travelled to OBA ten times and have stayed in Regency Isle for our third time. This year we rented a two-bedroom unit and it was awesome. We felt as if it may have been renovated recently as it was in terrific shape. All the appliances seemed new and all the kitchenware was top notch stuff. Bring your own wine to fill the separate wine refrigerator! Outdoor patio was larger than I expected with Trex type furniture built to last. There were even two padded chase lounge chairs to relax on overlooking the beach. Other amenities include a parking garage to protect your vehicle, a great pool and lawn area including four gas grills. This unit is well appointed with absolutely gorgeous views of the gulf. The bacon ru is furnished with ample comfortable seating so you can gaze at the water even on rainy days. The kitchen has everything you need if you feel inspired to create a gourmet meal with grocery stores nearby where you can get any ingredients you may need. But if you don’t want to cook there is plenty of great restaurants with a five mile radius. If you are an EV car owner you can charge up at The Gulf and enjoy a cocktail at the bar and still watch the dolphins play. Really wonderful vacation setting. - Deborah H. Reviewer Comments: Besides the $1M view, the condo itself was beautiful with so many amenities, including binoculars, TVs, games & books. It was so comfortable and clean. The condo had plenty of room to spread out. Everything you could ask for in the kitchen for cooking and serving food. We also used the dryer for our beach towel and wet swimsuits. Lastly, the patio could not be beat. It is private and the VIEW was nothing but white sand and beautiful water. This unit is well appointed with absolutely gorgeous views of the gulf. The bacon ru is furnished with ample comfortable seating so you can gaze at the water even on rainy days. The kitchen has everything you need if you feel inspired to create a gourmet meal with grocery stores nearby where you can get any ingredients you may need. But if you don't want to cook there is plenty of great restaurants with a five mile radius. If you are an EV car owner you can charge up at The Gulf and enjoy a cocktail at the bar and still watch the dolphins play.
