The balcony has 2 lounge chairs, 2 sitting chairs and a high table with 4 chairs. We loved sitting on the balcony looking at the water and also to eat breakfast and lunch. The walk to the beach was much shorter than the condo I stayed in down the road. We will definitely stay here again. The only small problem was with the 2nd parking space. I paid for two parking spaces and there is only one reserved space for 911. A maintenance man told me the second space was anywhere on the bottom level that was not marked. The condo was very spacious for our family of four and had everything that you could need for the perfect beach vacation. The kitchen was more well stocked than mine is at home. The decor was lovely and perfect for a beach condo. My kids loved the bunk beds and TV in the second bedroom and didn't want to leave the condo. The view of the water from the balcony was beautiful and it was just steps out the back door to the beach. The free WiFi in the building was great. We were able to hook up our Fire TV stick and watch movies on Amazon and Netflix. We also used the washer and dryer several times. It was perfect for the wet towels after coming back from the beach or pool. The condo building had great amenities including an outdoor and indoor pool. The pools were were great when the kids wanted some variety from the beach. There were also grills with picnic benches and a grassy area. The beach chairs included with the condo were awesome. The attendant stopped over several times during the day to re-position the umbrella and ask if we need anything. Not having to carry chairs and an umbrella made going down to the beach each day easy. Although it was Spring Break, the property was not at all crowded and there was plenty of space at the pools and beach. This was our first time to Orange Beach and we loved the area. We found many delicious restaurants within a few minutes of the property - The Gulf, Shipps, LuLus, Cobalt, Lillians. There were also several grocery stores within minutes of the condo. The Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola was a short drive away and the whole family loved not only the museum but watching the Blue Angel's practice. I cannot say enough good things about this condo. Our initial booking experience was lacking with VRBO as you cancelled our booking due to the manager response, but I called the manager direct and she confirmed the reservation herself and they were super nice and accommodating. The views from the huge balcony are breath taking. We watched dolphins everyday and even got to see some turtles being hatched.
