One of the best air conditioners for a condo that I've ever stayed (and I stay cold most of the time indoors). The side balcony that is private before entering is perfect for leaving shoes and beach chairs while drying. It also kept sand from getting inside to almost none. (5/5 stars) We really enjoyed the condo. The location is perfect, it was nicely decorated and very clean. The walk down to the beach was so easy, pools were nice and clean. We had some issues with not having blankets and linens for the pull out couch but it was resolved super fast and the property managers are very responsive. Our only complaint is the lack of basics. You are supplied only 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 roll of TP and 1 trash bag which we were only there 4 nights but still needed additional. This is a very cheap item to supply and pretty frustrating to have to go buy a box to only throw out because we were flying so taking home really didn't make sense. Having plenty of those items would be a big win for guests and a very cheap expense for owners. When renting a home away from home you want it to feel that way. We could never find hot pads either so had to use a towel which was not ideal. Very convenient to restaurants & stores. Condo so well stocked, clean, and decorated. The larger layout of the condo made it feel more spacious like home and we were able to have room for all of our stuff. The enclosed front porch eliminated us having to bring any shoes and sand into condo with beach belongings so that was super nice and we were able to feel cleaner. Love all the rugs and walk in shower too. Teen daughters with us also enjoyed the extra vanities so no fighting over mirror space getting ready. Beach not crowded at all. This place!!! This place is absolutely perfect AND we will be back here again. The place is immaculate, well decorated, kitchen well stocked, beds super comfortable, good selection of channels on cable. One of the things I liked was it was at the end of the building with a very private entrance behind a gate so a place of leave your beach items and zero traffic. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Only issue we had was getting connected to WiFi because the password was wrong. Management sent someone right over. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the mattress in the master bedroom was wonderful. I they need kitchen towels. They were quick to respond. I know that it is common to find a bug or two in the area. We found some during our stay, thankfully, already dead.
